It’s been a surprising journey. The Call to the Far Shore: Carrying Our Loved Ones through Dying, Death, and Beyond has been out for two weeks. The audio book is out today.

I am delighted that the reviews are so encouraging for a book about caring for aging parents, dying, death, and wondering what lies beyond in the realm of our ancestors. Maybe we are, after all, getting more comfortable with this conversation, as more of us find that allowing death to walk a little closer beside us makes vibrant the life we are living, now.
